7-day easy exchange
If you receive a wrong size, wrong item or a damaged/defective product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- The product must be unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging
- Please share the order number and a photo/video of the issue
- Undergarments, customised/altered items and products bought on clearance are not exchangeable
Refund
- If a replacement is not available, we will refund the product price
- Refunds are sent via bKash/Nagad/bank within 3-7 working days after we receive the product
- Delivery charge is non-refundable unless the mistake was ours
Check before you pay
For Cash on Delivery orders, please check the parcel in front of the delivery person. If anything is wrong, you may return it right away.
